2026-2027 REPUBLIC BRANDS TRAVEL PROGRAM
ELIGIBILITY
| 1 | Program Dates are 12/1/2025–9/11/2026. A completed registration must be submitted by 2/27/2026 to earn travel points and qualify for travel rewards. |
| 2 | Only operating owners, sales managers, or tobacco category buyers who are responsible for the purchasing and promotional decisions of Republic Brands products, and a guest will be eligible to travel if a reward is earned. No other roles within the company are eligible to travel. All travelers must be over the age of 21 at the time of travel. |
| 3 | The registered account must be an active direct-buying customer at the time of travel or the travel reward will be forfeited. |
| 4 | Transhippers (to Republic Brands direct customers), manufacturers, or manufacturer affiliates/agents are not eligible to participate in this program. |
| 5 | Travel rewards and prizes are subject to forfeiture at any time if customer is not in compliance with or violates applicable laws or Republic Brands' policies and rules. |
| 6 | Travel reward winners will receive traveler registration forms via email link at the conclusion of the program. Registration must be completed by 10/9/2026 or the reward will be subject to forfeiture. |
| 7 | Valid passports are required for all trips. All travel must originate from and terminate within the United States. |
RULES AND REGULATIONS
| A | A maximum of 1,100,000 travel points are allowed per customer’s warehouse location. |
| B | Registration and bonus points are non-transferable. |
| C | Free goods, purchases redeemed for premium prizes, and certain promotional goods do not earn travel points. |
| D | Any travel points earned on goods later returned will be deducted from a customer’s point total. If a customer’s return results in a point total below the level required for the reward taken, then the cost of the reward in full will be billable to their account. If prior to travel a customer’s return results in a point reduction that lowers their point total below a reward level, then the customer is disqualified from the higher level reward and is liable for any cancellation penalties incurred, but remains eligible for lower level rewards earned. |
| E | Destinations, resorts, amenities, and dates are subject to change. Travel rewards include economy airfare, accommodations, some meals, and special events for two qualifying adults. |
| F | Travel rewards or any unused portions are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, credit, travel, or merchandise. No substitutions are permitted. |
| G | Any monetary penalties or fees resulting from a name change or flight itinerary change initiated by a customer will be the sole responsibility of the customer. |
| H | Prizes may be considered taxable and are the recipient’s responsibility to report as required. |
